First Site Visits...
A friend at the Douglas County Engineers office found great aerial photographs of the site...
I used the aerial photographs as image references in CAD to make sure my measurements were accurate.
**Thanks for the help guys!!

3D Renderings....
The client had never seen a computer rendering so he was unsure if it was a necessary expense. This quick Revit render (above) sold him on the idea. Several changes were made from this point; for example..
*In order to create more privacy, the clients decided that each tent should have only one point of access.
*Seating inside the tents was reduced drastically
*bar-height tables & stools replaced original outdoor seating
Ground level perspectives before photoshop.
I chose to save time/money by adding materials in photoshop after rendering the perspectives in Autodesk Revit. (Adding materials in Revit or 3D Studio Max would have resulted in more photo realistic images)
